Who we are

Aureum EO Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number: 17155437). Our registered office is at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you complete a form on our website ("Request beta access", "Get in touch", or a briefing unlock), we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), industry (if provided), country (if provided), the free-text content of your message or use-case description, and whether you opted in to marketing email via an explicit affirmative choice (a checkbox, or "Yes, email me updates" on the access application), including the consent text and version shown to you, and the time of your choice.

When you visit our website, our infrastructure providers process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also processes similar technical data in aggregate so we can understand how people find and use the site. After Accept, Mixpanel (EU residency) may receive anonymous conversion events when you submit a waitlist, unlock a briefing, or send a contact message — without your email or name in those analytics events. After Accept, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel may also receive conversion events (for example lead_created) so we can measure ChatGPT ad performance — without your email or name in those events. After Accept, the Reddit Ads Pixel and our server-side Reddit Conversions API may receive conversion events (for example Lead or ViewContent), including hashed email and technical match keys such as IP address, user agent, and Reddit click id, so we can measure Reddit ad performance.

We do not sell your personal data. Other advertising or social pixels beyond OpenAI and Reddit are not active on the marketing site unless and until we enable them behind the same consent controls.

• Form fields you choose to submit (name, email, organisation, message, and related fields)
• Your marketing email preference from the optional opt-in on each form (checkbox, or the access-application email-updates step)
• Technical logs required to operate and secure the site (via Vercel and Cloudflare)
• Optional analytics events via Google Analytics 4 when you accept cookies
• Optional anonymous conversion events via Mixpanel (EU) when you accept cookies
• Optional OpenAI Ads conversion events when you accept cookies
• Optional Reddit Ads Pixel and Conversions API events when you accept cookies

Why we collect it

We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry or beta access request, manage the waitlist for our private beta, unlock gated briefings you request, improve our website and product, and comply with legal obligations.

If you affirmatively opt in to marketing email on a form, we may also email you product updates, private beta news, and related information about Aureum. That marketing email is optional and never required to send a message, unlock a briefing, or submit an access application. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

The lawful basis under UK GDPR is consent (you choose to submit a form, affirmatively opt in to marketing email, or accept analytics cookies) and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing the site, and understanding aggregate traffic when permitted).

How long we keep it

• Form submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and manage your relationship with Aureum, and for up to 24 months after the last contact.
• Aggregate technical and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics (or shorter if we configure a lower retention period).

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to operate the website. Personal data may be processed by:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): DNS, security, email routing
• Resend, Inc. (United States): outbound email delivery for form notifications
• Microsoft Corporation (United States): mailbox storage for email correspondence
• Neon, Inc. (European Union): database storage for waitlist submissions
• Loops (Loops.so / Twilio Inc., United States): email marketing and automated sequences, only for contacts who have opted in to marketing email (when enabled)
• Google LLC (United States / EU): Google Analytics 4 when you have accepted analytics cookies
• Mixpanel, Inc. (European Union data residency): anonymous conversion analytics when you have accepted analytics cookies
• OpenAI, LLC (United States): OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel conversion events when you have accepted cookies
• Reddit, Inc. (United States): Reddit Ads Pixel and Conversions API events when you have accepted cookies

These transfers are made under appropriate safeguards including the UK Addendum to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with marketing partners for their own advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent (where consent is the lawful basis), object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you previously opted in to marketing email, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by emailing contact@aureum-eo.ai. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to respond to a specific enquiry you sent us.

Cookies

We use essential first-party cookies for site operation and security, plus a first-party consent cookie that stores your Accept / Decline choice.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 may set analytics cookies subject to Google Consent Mode v2, Mixpanel may set a first-party anonymous id cookie for conversion events, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel may store a first-party attribution cookie (__oppref) and send conversion events, and the Reddit Ads Pixel may set advertising cookies while we send matching Conversions API events (including hashed email). We may also store a first-party Reddit click id cookie (aureum_rdt_cid) when you arrive from a Reddit ad. You can change your mind by clearing site cookies for aureum-eo.ai and revisiting the site. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
