2. What this site is

aureum-eo.ai is a marketing and information site for Aureum’s satellite intelligence products (including Query and Track). Content is provided for general information about our private beta and related materials.

Submitting a waitlist, contact, or briefing form does not create a paid subscription or guarantee product access. Access to the product, when offered, may be subject to separate agreements.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site. In particular you must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, submit unlawful or abusive content through forms, or probe our systems without authorisation.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, text, and imagery are owned by Aureum or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission, except for reasonable personal reference or as allowed by law.

5. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that information is complete, current, or suitable for any particular investment, trading, or operational decision. Satellite intelligence and market-related examples are illustrative.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aureum is not liable for loss arising from use of the marketing site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
